What data we collect and why

Only what you give us through the contact form or by WhatsApp/email (name, email, phone, company and your message), solely to reply to you and, if you wish, prepare a quote.

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and where applicable pre-contractual steps you ask us to take.

Where it is stored and for how long

On our own servers within the European Union, in our customer management tool. We keep it while there is a relationship or mutual interest, and afterwards for as long as the law requires. We never sell or share it with third parties.

Chat with Nubo

The website chat is answered by Nubo, an artificial intelligence agent. What you type or dictate is sent to our server and to an AI provider (OpenAI) only to generate the reply. We do not store conversations under your name or use them for anything else. Voice dictation is handled by your own browser. Please do not share sensitive data in the chat.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and take it with you, by writing to hola@iacloud.es. If you believe we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
